Inclawbate ("we", "us", "our") operates the inclawbate.app website and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Wallet address: When you connect a wallet, we store your public wallet address to identify your account, track staking activity, and enable platform features.
- Email address: If you create an account via email or social login (through Privy), we store your email to enable authentication.
- Profile information: X handle, display name, and avatar if you choose to connect your X account.
- On-chain activity: Transactions you make through the platform (staking, voting, app usage) are recorded on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible.
- Usage data: We collect basic analytics on page views and feature usage to improve the platform.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect private keys or seed phrases — ever
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies
- We do not collect data from your wallet beyond your public address
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain platform services (staking, voting, apps, dashboard)
- To authenticate you and protect your account
- To display your profile and activity within the ecosystem
- To send notifications you've opted into (Telegram bot, email updates)
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Privy — wallet connection and authentication (privacy policy)
- Supabase — database and backend services (privacy policy)
- Vercel — hosting and deployment (privacy policy)
- Base (Coinbase) — blockchain network for on-chain transactions
- Anthropic — AI services for app building and agent features (privacy policy)
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. On-chain data is stored permanently on the Base blockchain and cannot be deleted.
Your Rights
- You can disconnect your wallet at any time
- You can request deletion of your off-chain data by contacting us
- On-chain transactions cannot be deleted as they are part of the public blockchain
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication (session tokens) and basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
