By using Inclawbate ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
1. What Inclawbate Is
Inclawbate is a decentralized platform for building, launching, and using applications, tokens, and services. We provide tools, incubation services, staking infrastructure, and a marketplace — all powered by the CLAWS token on the Base blockchain.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By connecting a wallet or creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for securing your wallet and credentials
- We never ask for your private keys or seed phrases
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected wallet
4. Platform Usage
You agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully and in good faith
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the platform or its smart contracts
- Not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity
- Not impersonate other users or entities
- Not spam, harass, or abuse other community members
5. Tokens & DeFi
- CLAWS and other tokens on the platform are utility tokens, not securities
- Token values fluctuate — we make no guarantees about price or returns
- Staking, liquidity provision, and yield strategies carry risk including potential loss of funds
- Smart contracts are provided as-is — while we audit and test them, bugs can occur
- You are responsible for understanding the risks of DeFi before participating
6. Apps & Content
- Apps built and published on Inclawbate belong to their creators
- We may remove apps that violate these terms or are harmful
- AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors
- You retain ownership of content you create on the platform
7. Incubation Services
The Inclawbator provides tools and guidance for launching projects. We do not guarantee the success of any incubated project. Fees for incubation services are non-refundable once work has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
Inclawbate is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:
- Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs, exploits, or user error
- Token price changes or market conditions
- Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
- Actions of third-party services integrated with the platform
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through our official channels.
10. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms. On-chain assets remain yours regardless — we cannot seize tokens in your wallet.
